Barry Buzogany has served over the past 25 years as a C-level executive (CEO,COO,CLO) and entrepreneur with pharmaceutical, contract research and life sciences companies. In the Triangle, he was General Counsel and COO at Icoria, Inc. and then President & CEO of Jenken Biosciences. He has a unique and studied perspective on the professional job search process, having personally experienced numerous downsizings, reorganizations, mergers, new bosses, and company closings---each of which required him to find a new position. He enjoys sharing what he has learned over the years about the "do's and dont's" of the job search process.
